Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

1. General Terms of Sale

Our general terms of sale govern all services offered by our agency. They define the responsibilities of each party, as well as the terms of booking, payment, and cancellation.

2. Travel Documents

The client is responsible for verifying the validity of their travel documents (passport, visa, etc.). Our agency cannot be held responsible in case of denied boarding or entry into a country due to missing or invalid documents.

3. Bookings and Payments

Any booking is only confirmed after a deposit is paid, the amount of which varies depending on the nature of the trip. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure. For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required.

4. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the client, fees will be retained according to the following scale:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the total amount
  • From 60 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total amount
  • From 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
  • From 14 to 7 days before departure: 75% of the total amount
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total amount

5. Trip Modifications

Any booking modification requested by the client may result in additional fees. Our agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary or services in case of force majeure, while offering alternatives of equivalent quality.

6. Insurance

We strongly recommend our clients to purchase travel insurance covering cancellation fees, repatriation, lost luggage, and medical expenses abroad.

7. Privacy Policy

Our agency is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with current legislation. The information collected during your booking is used only to process your request and improve our services. It will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent in writing to our agency within 30 days after the end of the trip. After this period, no complaint will be considered.
